To complete your commitment form follow the instructions below.
- Below is button to access the electronic PDF Campaign Commitment form
- The form will display in your browser window
- Download and save the form to your desktop or a file folder
- Open the saved copy of the form, complete the applicable sections
- Re-save the completed form for your records
- Click the “submit” button and your form will automatically be attached to an email addressed to: mygift@szk.b17.myftpupload.com
- When you send the email it will route to both the SAE Foundation and the Lambda Pi Campaign Management Team to ensure processing
