The House Corporation

The Nebraska Lambda Pi House Corporation was formed to manage the business side of the chapter and house. By dealing with legal, financial and maintenance issues, the house corporation allows members to focus their energies on education and brotherhood.

The House Corporation works to:

• Ensure the safety of members
• Monitor and maintain the chapter house and property
• Keep the chapter current to all federal, state and local laws
• Maintain finances and accurate financial information
• Hire and supervise chapter employees
• Evaluate, secure and renew insurance
• Ensure that any applicable taxes are filed properly
• Advise the undergraduate chapter

The House Corporation Board of Directors is responsible for running the House Corporation. It is made up of alumni who volunteer their time and professional skill.
